This paper was presented to the Essentials of Business Law Seminar on March 7, 2018 in Houston, Texas. The paper was written by Joseph Jacobson of Dallas, Texas. While Joseph and I collaborated on the paper, he is the author. I was the simply the presenter of the paper.

What Your Client Wants from a Forensics Expert

Presented to the "Introduction to Computer Forensics" class at the University of Houston on February 15, 2014. The focus of this presentation was to inform students (future forensic examiners) as to what attorneys were looking for in a forensics expert, and to inform the students of the legal rules of evidence and how those rules would affect their investigations.

Technology for Law Firms in 2011

This presentation was made as a panel with two other attorneys to the Houston Bar Association's Practice of Law Seminar in 2011. The two other attorneys were Jason Smith and John "Randy" Claridge.
